Once I receive your e-mail request I will discuss the next steps and create you a custom order form with all the details and pricing.
For orders over $50 I require half the payment upfront and the remainder upon completion.
Photo Keepsake Pieces:
If you have a photograph you'd like to become a piece of wall art or a functional tray/ coaster, add that in too! Many of my customers have sent me images of their pets, loved ones who have past, or a newly engaged couple. Making your memories into a tangible, functional piece is a very special privledge that I am grateful to be trusted with.
Processing time for Custom Orders:
Processing time depends on several factors, such as how many custom orders I already have, my schedule, if I have a market coming up, what materials I might need to order and the potenial to re-do if there is an imperfection.
I don't often need to re-do pieces, but it has happened a *couple* of times. I am transparent about where I am at in my process and will communicate any delays. I will also add in a lil something extra in your order, in addition to your freebie item to thank you for your pateince if there is a delay/ mistake to be fixed.
If something is time sensitive, please reach out to me as soon as possible so I can make it happen for you!
A custom could take anywhere from a week or over a month. I am one human who works a very exhausting part time/ early morning job and has other personal obligations ontop of running my business and wearing all the hats!
Returns:
Custom orders are non-refundable. Due to the specific nature of custom orders, there are no refunds.
**Working with resin is very difficult and technical. I plan and prepare as much as I can but sometimes materials act slightly differet than I had intended. Rest assured though that any inconsistencies or defects will be brought to your attention prior to shipping.**
